What's one thing you want people to know about ELIXR?We're obsessed with the quality of the work we deliver. But we're more obsessed with the quality of our impact and the change we leave behind.
What's something you could talk about for hours?Real life. My two sons, and the guilt of the moments I miss. My husband, a true partner, and the mental load we still carry. The pride of scaling a business, and the curveballs at every turn. Not the surface stuff, the real stuff.
Where would we find you when you're not working?In the bleachers at baseball, on a mountain, by the ocean, or on the couch with popcorn and a romcom.

Elle Lebourg

What's one thing you want people to know about ELIXR?We're not consultants who studied corporate life. We lived it for decades, and we built the firm we wished we could have called.
What's something you could talk about for hours?Why The Big Short is the best movie ever made, how a chicken actually makes an egg, and whether microplastics are already in all of us. Not necessarily in that order.
Where would we find you when you're not working?Up to my elbows in clay, dirt or dough, depending on the day.

Evyn White

What's one thing you want people to know about ELIXR?There's a lot of heart behind the rigor. The people behind the work are every bit as good as the work itself, and genuinely care about the impact we make.
What's something you could talk about for hours?How toddlers and hormones somehow run our entire lives.
Where would we find you when you're not working?You used to find me making jewelry, until a toddler stuck a bead up her nose. These days, I'm chasing twins or hiding in the bathroom with my coffee.

What's something you could talk about for hours?So many caregivers feel alone. I love connecting with them, hearing their stories, and simply listening with empathy.
Where would we find you when you're not working?On Cape Cod...walking the beach, biking or kayaking.

Isabel Patino

Graphic Design Lead
I help bring our ideas and products to life. I spend a lot of time translating complexity into something clear, beautiful, and hopefully a little unexpected.
What's one thing you want people to know about ELIXR?We're a smart, curious, deeply caring team, and there's a genuine desire to make people's lives better behind the work we do. I love being part of a group that takes the mission seriously without taking ourselves too seriously.
What's something you could talk about for hours?Anything nature-related. Birds, frogs, cacti, fungi.
Where would we find you when you're not working?Usually outside somewhere. Hiking with friends, cheering on my eight-year-old from the sidelines, or exploring tide pools at the coast.
